These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AYS Developers mobile application (the "App") provided by AYS Developers ("AYS", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using the App
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Property & Project Information
Project details, unit availability, pricing, construction updates, and completion dates shown in the App are provided for general informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. They do not constitute a binding offer, contract, or guarantee. Please confirm all details with our sales team before making any purchase decision.
3. Enquiries, Viewings & Events
Submitting an enquiry, viewing request, or event registration through the App does not create a contractual obligation on our part. A member of our team will contact you to follow up.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including logos, images, project renders, and text, is owned by AYS Developers or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without our prior written consent.
6. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the App poses a risk to us or other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AYS Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
